Thanksgiving 2010

I took Gibson to Georgia for Thanksgiving with Danny.  He had a 36 hour pass from Basic and it was Family Day so Gibson and I left Dallas Tuesday to drive to Fort Benning.  It was a long trip, too short a visit, but I'm really glad I decided to go.  Here are a couple pictures... best I could do with a Blackberry.  I'll have the camera soon so I'll be able to take good pictures.

I was informed tonight that my time on the wait list is up and the re-design is in the works.  The new and improved version (and it hurts me to say that because I LOVED this design) will be focused on Gibson.  No more ranting and rambling about me, me and Danny and all of our drama... it will be all about our number one priority, the cutest little man I know, our pride and joy, Gibson!  I'm excited!  Also, I got the proofs from his daycare pictures... cutest thing ever!  I'll post a link to the album tomorrow... its in the other room and in case y'all haven't noticed, it's chilly!  I am absolutely loving it!!  Bring on winter!  Now, if we could lower the daytime temp by about 10-15 degrees, keep it this way year-round, and install a wood burning fireplace in my almost 60 year old house, I'd be satisfied!

Weekend in Sherman

We woke up yesterday and decided to go have breakfast with Grams... in Sherman.  Breakfast turned into a weekend getaway.  Enjoy pictures!

Pictures are worth a 1000 words...

I've gotten a couple comments on how I need pictures on my blog... I know I do!  But my Blackberry takes horribly fuzzy ones and right now it is all I have.  The wonderfully generous camera handed down to me by my great friend Kimi came up with an error message and I cannot get it to take a picture.  Once Danny starts paying child support, I will have some money of my own to buy one, but until then, you will have to suffer through my ramblings :)  I know I get on a roll and write for days... I'm trying to get better!
