Pictures!

The hospital contracts with a photographer from Your Little Prints and they came today to get Gibson's first photos.  Not too shabby for a hospital room photo shoot!  Here are some of my favorites... all of them are posted on facebook if you would like to see them.  Notice his fingers and toes... they are so long!

I love being a mommy!

I can honestly say that I am the happiest I have ever been.  I am completely exhausted and in a little bit of pain, but I can't stop smiling!  Gibson is a happy, healthy baby boy!  He took to the breast right away and the lactation specialist wouldn't believe that this was my first baby.  They said I was a natural.  Which just reaffirms everything I've always known which is that I am supposed to be a mom.   My whole life I have questioned what I wanted to be but the one constant "profession" is motherhood.  I am blissfully happy and will share more later!
